Logan Park, 2008, Remodeled

The leasing office has been extensively remodeled and the property continues to be remodeled. The new appearance is fantastic. Many of the improvements are not immediately visible, such as features to prevent water intrusion and ensure long life. Framing hangars are exceptionally heavy gauge and corrosion resistant; all nailing sites are flashed to prevent water from following the nails. Over 200 people are working daily on the project. Atlas Disposal arrives two or three times a day to remove construction waste.

Besides reconstructing the property, the tenancy has also been remodeled and the difference is profound. I worked there three and a half days and found that, night or day, I felt much safer than at any time in past visits. It really has become possible for a couple to stroll together at midnight. The property is well lit at night.

Appreciation must be given to a great many people, but especially to Warren Smith and Kory Smith and to the investors and management whose vision and commitment made this change possible.
